- 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, plus 1 small rosemary sprig for garnish
- 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
- 1 1/2 ounces London Dry Gin
- 1 ounce Prosecco
How to make this recipe
- In a mixing glass, gently muddle the rosemary leaves with the Cocchi Americano. Add the gin, fill the glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and top off with the Prosecco. Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
