This perfectly balanced gin cocktail gets its wonderful fragrance from fresh rosemary leaves.

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, plus 1 small rosemary sprig for garnish
  • 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
  • 1 1/2 ounces London Dry Gin
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce Prosecco

How to make this recipe

  1. In a mixing glass, gently muddle the rosemary leaves with the Cocchi Americano. Add the gin, fill the glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and top off with the Prosecco. Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
