- 6 ounces Simple Syrup
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- In a small saucepan, bring Simple Syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and add rosemary sprigs. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
