Rosemary Syrup

  • SERVINGS: Makes 6 ounces

Use this flavored syrup to make the Rosemary Paloma cocktail.

  1. 6 ounces Simple Syrup
  2. 2 rosemary sprigs
  1. In a small saucepan, bring Simple Syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and add rosemary sprigs. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
