- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 rosemary sprig
How to make this recipe
In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar and rosemary sprig. Warm over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let stand for 30 minutes. Discard the rosemary and refrigerate in an airtight container.
The rosemary simple syrup can be refrigerated for 1 month.
