Rosemary Paloma

The Paloma is a refreshing Mexican tequila drink traditionally made with grapefruit soda. Jamie Boudreau substitutes grapefruit juice and club soda, and adds rosemary syrup to give the drink an herbal twist.
- Ice
- 3 ounces blanco tequila
- 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Rosemary Syrup
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and Rosemary Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and stir in the club soda.
