The Paloma is a refreshing Mexican tequila drink traditionally made with grapefruit soda. Jamie Boudreau substitutes grapefruit juice and club soda, and adds rosemary syrup to give the drink an herbal twist.

3 ounces blanco tequila
2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Rosemary Syrup
1 ounce chilled club soda
How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and Rosemary Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and stir in the club soda.
