Rosemary-Mint Highball

  • SERVINGS: Makes 1 drink
  1. Ice cubes
  2. 1/2 lime
  3. 1/2 tablespoon superfine sugar
  4. 2 mint leaves
  5. 1 rosemary sprig
  6. 1/4 cup tequila
  1. Fill an 8-ounce highball glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, using a pestle, crush the lime with the sugar, mint and 2 rosemary leaves. Add the tequila and shake; strain into the highball glass. Garnish with the rest of the rosemary sprig and serve.
