- 5 ounces sparkling Italian demi-sec rosé or Lambrusco, chilled
- 1 ounce unsweetened apple juice
- 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1 slice red apple
- In a wine glass, combine the rosé, apple juice and Grand Marnier and stir gently. Garnish with the apple slice.
