Rosé Sangria

  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink

At Café Gray in New York City, sommelier Matthew Conway adds pear balsamic vinegar and fresh quince syrup to this fruity cocktail.

  1. 5 ounces sparkling Italian demi-sec rosé or Lambrusco, chilled
  2. 1 ounce unsweetened apple juice
  3. 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
  4. 1 slice red apple
  1. In a wine glass, combine the rosé, apple juice and Grand Marnier and stir gently. Garnish with the apple slice.
