4 cups boiling water

2 tablespoons Darjeeling or Ceylon tea leaves

1/2 teaspoon rose water (see Note)

Organic rose petals, for garnish

Sugar, for serving

In a teapot, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep for 3 minutes. Add the rose water. Strain the tea into cups, garnish with rose petals and serve with sugar.
Notes
Rose water is available at Middle Eastern markets.
