- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons Darjeeling or Ceylon tea leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water (see Note)
- Organic rose petals, for garnish
- Sugar, for serving
- In a teapot, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep for 3 minutes. Add the rose water. Strain the tea into cups, garnish with rose petals and serve with sugar.
