Ingredients

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons Darjeeling or Ceylon tea leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water (see Note)
  • Organic rose petals, for garnish
  • Sugar, for serving

How to make this recipe

  1. In a teapot, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep for 3 minutes. Add the rose water. Strain the tea into cups, garnish with rose petals and serve with sugar.

Notes

Rose water is available at Middle Eastern markets.
