Rose Petal Tea

  1. 4 cups boiling water
  2. 2 tablespoons Darjeeling or Ceylon tea leaves
  3. 1/2 teaspoon rose water (see Note)
  4. Organic rose petals, for garnish
  5. Sugar, for serving
  1. In a teapot, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep for 3 minutes. Add the rose water. Strain the tea into cups, garnish with rose petals and serve with sugar.
Notes Rose water is available at Middle Eastern markets.
