2 ounces Calvados
3/4 ounce grenadine, preferably homemade
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
Dash of Peychaud’s bitters
1 lemon twist, for garnish
How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
