- 3 ounces lychee nectar or juice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Simple Syrup
How to make this recipe
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the thyme and sugar. Add the vodka, lemon juice, Simple Syrup and ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass over ice, top with the club soda and garnish with the mint sprig.
