  • 15 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • 1 to 2 ounces chilled club soda

How to make this recipe

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the thyme and Simple Syrup. Add the vodka, lemon juice and ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass over ice, top with the club soda and garnish with the mint sprig.
