  1. 1 lemon twist
  2. 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  3. 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  4. 2 1/2 ounces blended Scotch
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Scotch, sweet vermouth and bitters and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
