How to make this recipe
- Preheat oven to 450º. In a large bowl, toss the squash, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast until browned and tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
