Recipe: Roasted Red Grapes

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound red grapes, cut into 12 bunches
  2. 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  3. Large pinch of sugar
  4. Pinch of salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°. On a baking sheet, toss the grapes with the oil, sugar and salt. Roast for 12 minutes, or until the skins are slightly blistered. Serve warm.
Make Ahead The grapes can be roasted 6 hours ahead. Serve With Italian Almond Tart
