- 1 pound red grapes, cut into 12 bunches
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- Large pinch of sugar
- Pinch of salt
How to make this recipe
Preheat the oven to 450°. On a baking sheet, toss the grapes with the oil, sugar and salt. Roast for 12 minutes, or until the skins are slightly blistered. Serve warm.
The grapes can be roasted 6 hours ahead.
