- 1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth
- 1 ounce aperol
- 3/4 ounce London dry gin
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice
- 1/4 ounce agave nectar
- 1/4 Ruby Red grapefruit wheel, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish. Fill the shaker with ice and shake briefly. Strain into a chilled ice-filled double rocks glass and garnish with the grapefruit wheel.
