- 2 ounces coconut water
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3/4 ounce pineapple gum syrup (thickened pineapple-flavored Simple Syrup)
- 1/4 ounce Orgeat (almond-flavored syrup)
- 1 mint sprig, smacked, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Garnish with the mint.
