The name of this unusual sake-and-cider toddy refers to the Japanese word for "apple," ringo. "It's definitely not an ode to the Beatles' drummer," says mixologist and general manager Umer Naim.

- 2 ounces dry sake
- 1 1/2 ounces apple cider
- 1/2 ounce caramel sauce
- 1 cinnamon stick
- In a saucepan, gently warm the sake, cider and caramel sauce. Stir well, pour into a martini glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
