I don't know what mstorff is talking about!  These pancakes were amazing and extremely moist!  My husband and I both agree the best we've had yet.  Thank you.

Wrong, wrong, wrong!  Batter is thinner than thin crepe batter. There is never more milk than flour...even on the Bisquik box!  Maybe it is 3/4 C milk, not 1 3/4.  Hesitate to make the lemon-ricotta pancakes, since that recipe has no milk.  What's up, here?
