Rhubarb Soda

Pastry chef Stacy Klein serves this simple soda when rhubarb is in season, often pairing it with her white chocolate-lavender torte.

Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 3 ounces Rhubarb Syrup
  3. 3 ounces chilled club soda

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Rhubarb Syrup, top with the club soda and stir gently.
