Pastry chef Stacy Klein serves this simple soda when rhubarb is in season, often pairing it with her white chocolate-lavender torte.

Ingredients
- Ice
- 3 ounces Rhubarb Syrup
- 3 ounces chilled club soda
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Rhubarb Syrup, top with the club soda and stir gently.
