Recipe: Rhode Island Red
Ingredients
- 8 raspberries
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces silver tequila
- 3/4 ounce Chambord
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- Dash of orange bitters
- 3 ounces chilled ginger beer
- 1 mint sprig
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 6 of the raspberries. Add ice and the tequila, Chambord, lemon juice, Simple Syrup and bitters. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with the ginger beer. Garnish with the remaining 2 raspberries and the mint sprig.
