How to Make It

Step

In a cocktail shaker, muddle 6 of the raspberries. Add ice and the tequila, Chambord, lemon juice, Simple Syrup and bitters. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with the ginger beer. Garnish with the remaining 2 raspberries and the mint sprig.
