Reverse Martini

  1. 2 tablespoons gin
  2. 6 tablespoons dry vermouth
  3. 1 strip of lemon zest
  1. Pour the gin and vermouth over ice in a shaker. Stir 40 times; strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the lemon zest over the drink and drop it in.
