Red Plum-Infused Vodka

  • TOTAL TIME: 5 MIN Plus 2 days for steeping
  • SERVINGS: 6 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this red plum-infused vodka to make a Ciruela de Jerez cocktail.

  1. 6 ounces vodka
  2. 1 quartered ripe plum
  1. In a jar, combine the vodka with the plum. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 2 days. Pour through a fine strainer into a clean jar and store at room temperature for up to 1 month.
