Use this red plum-infused vodka to make a Ciruela de Jerez cocktail.
- 6 ounces vodka
- 1 quartered ripe plum
- In a jar, combine the vodka with the plum. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 2 days. Pour through a fine strainer into a clean jar and store at room temperature for up to 1 month.
