  • SERVINGS: MAKES 1 DRINK

  1. 1 cup crushed ice
  2. 2 ounces vodka (preferably raspberry)
  3. 1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur
  4. Champagne
  5. Raspberries, for garnish
  1. Combine crushed ice, vodka and raspberry liqueur in a cocktail shaker; shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass. Add a splash of Champagne, garnish with raspberries and serve.
