Raspberry Syrup

Use this flavored syrup with our Imperial Brandy Punch recipe.
- One 12-ounce jar raspberry jam
- 1 cup water
- In a saucepan, combine the raspberry jam with the water. Cook over moderate heat, stirring, until the jam is melted, about 5 minutes. Strain into a heatproof jar and let cool completely. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
