Raspberry Syrup

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 16 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this flavored syrup with our Imperial Brandy Punch recipe.

  1. One 12-ounce jar raspberry jam
  2. 1 cup water
  1. In a saucepan, combine the raspberry jam with the water. Cook over moderate heat, stirring, until the jam is melted, about 5 minutes. Strain into a heatproof jar and let cool completely. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
