Raspberry Ice

  • SERVINGS: Makes one 12-ounce block of Raspberry Ice
  • MAKE-AHEAD

This block of raspberry ice releases berries into the bowl as it melts. It is used in Kill Devil Punch.

  1. 12 ounces water
  2. 24 raspberries
  1. Pour the water into a wide, shallow plastic container and arrange the raspberries in the water. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Set the bottom of the mold in a bowl of hot water to release the ice.
