Raspberry Crush

  • SERVINGS: Makes 1 drink

Rathbun's also serves an alcoholic version of this drink using raspberry vodka in place of the club soda.

  1. 3 raspberries
  2. 1 teaspoon sugar
  3. 4 ounces chilled, strong green tea
  4. 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  5. Ice
  6. 2 ounces chilled club soda
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 of the raspberries with the sugar. Add the tea, lime juice and ice; shake well. Strain into a highball glass over ice, top with the soda and garnish with the remaining raspberry.
