Pairing Suggestion

Colgin's Cabernet is well-suited to lamb because the bold taste of the wine needs a strong-flavored dish. If you aren't lucky enough to have a bottle of Colgin's 1995 Herb Lamb Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, try the 1997 Jayson Red.
