  2. 1/4 cup walnuts
  3. 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin puree
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  6. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  7. 1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
  8. 1 cup (loosely packed) cilantro leaves
  9. 1/2 cup pure olive oil
  10. 2 tablespoons dill sprigs
