- 2 ounces rye whiskey, preferably Russell's Reserve
- 1/2 ounce Averna amaro
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Ginger Syrup
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- 1 lime wedge, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the club soda and garnish; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with the lime wedge.
