Reviews for Pork Chops with Shallots

I've made several Giada De Laurentiis recipes and this one lives up to her high standards. In fact, this recipe made me want to sign up for this site. I didn't have enough shallots, so I added a bit of onion and it was incredible! I also used port since I didn't have any regular red wine.

This was a great meal and no big deal to make....eveyone loved it.

This was an very good recipe.  We like our pork less cooked, this recipe tended to over cook - which may be my fault.  Sauce was terrific, I used an Old Vine Zin.  We will do this again.
