Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup pomegranate or raspberry vinegar
  2. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 2 teaspoons minced shallot
  4. 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
  5. Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a jar and shake to emulsify.
