Pom-Pom is a nonalcoholic version of "cocktail stylist" Jerri Banks's Pomander, made with silver tequila and Falernum, a Caribbean liqueur flavored with lime. Falernum is available online and in some liquor stores.
- Ice
- 1 ounce pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce mango nectar or juice
- 1/2 ounce Clove Tea
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- 1 orange wheel
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the pomegranate juice, mango nectar, Clove Tea and lime juice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with the club soda and garnish with the orange wheel.
