Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup dark rum
  2. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  3. 1/2 tablespoon Simple Syrup
  4. 3 dashes Angostura
  5. Cracked ice
  6. Orange-peel twist for garnish
  1. Shake dark rum, fresh lemon juice, Simple Syrup and Angostura with cracked ice. Strain into a wine goblet over ice and garnish with an orange-peel twist.
