A Prohibition-era favorite, this drink uses pisco, a South American brandy made from Muscat grapes and aged in large clay jars.

- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces pisco brandy
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 large pasteurized egg white
- 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the bitters and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with the bitters.
