- 1 1/2 cups demerara sugar
- 1/4 cup finely diced fresh pineapple
- 18 ounces aged rhum agricole
How to make this recipe
In a jar, combine the sugar, pineapple and <em>rhum agricole</em>. Stir to dissolve as much of the sugar as possible. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain into an airtight container, reserving some of the pineapple for the drink. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
