  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce Pommeau de Normandie (Calvados aged with apple juice)
  • 2 ounces apple juice
  • 1 thin green apple slice
  • 1 small cantaloupe ball
  • 1 small honeydew ball

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the bourbon, Pommeau de Normandie and apple juice and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the apple slice and melon balls skewered on a pick.
