2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1 (gin-based aperitif)
4 ounces chilled bitter lemon soda (See Note)
1 lemon wedge, 1 apple slice and 1 cucumber spear, for garnish
How to Make It
Fill a chilled collins glass with ice. Add the Pimm’s and lemon soda and stir well. Garnish with the lemon wedge, apple slice and cucumber spear.
