- 20 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, add the bourbon, orange juice and lime juice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with the mint sprig.
