Pimlico on
a cocktail his
grandfather
used to drink.
I want them to
try bourbon.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint
leaves with the Simple Syrup. Fill the
shaker with ice, add the bourbon, orange
juice and lime juice and shake well.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice and
garnish with the mint sprig.
