  1. 2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  2. 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
  3. 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro leaves

  5. Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes with the onion, cilantro and lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
