Mixologist and co-owner Audrey Saunders recommends high-proof (94.6 instead of 80) Tanqueray gin in this cocktail buff's favorite.
- 2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce orange curaçao
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- 1 lime wedge, skewered on a pick, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the lime twist and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lime wedge.
