- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 bottle (750 ml) crisp white wine
How to make this recipe
- In an airtight container, combine the pecans, sugar, vanilla bean, vodka and wine and refrigerate for 1 week, stirring occasionally. Strain the drink into ice-filled rocks glasses.
