You can order this drink at the restaurant Ginger Grove, located on the second floor of the Mayfair Hotel & Spa, at the lounge on the ground floor or at the rooftop bar, where private cabanas outfitted with plasma TVs are used for massages by day and as cocktail nooks at night.

Recipe: Pear-adise

Ingredients

Ice
1 1/2 ounces Ginger-Infused Vodka
1/2 ounce pear liqueur
1 ounce sake
1 ounce pear nectar
1 thin pear slice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the pear slice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the pear slice.
