Use this infused cognac to make La Joie.

  1. One-quarter of a peach, sliced
  2. One 750-ml bottle Cognac
  1. In a large jar, combine the peach slices with Cognac and soak for 4 hours or overnight. Discard the peach slices and refrigerate the Cognac for up to 1 month.
