Passion Fruit Batida

  • SERVINGS: MAKES 6 DRINKS
  1. 1 1/2 cups passion fruit juice
  2. 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  3. 3 ounces cachaça or white rum (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
  4. 2 cups crushed ice
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix at high speed until smooth and frothy. Pour into 6 short tumblers and serve.
