Parmigiano-Reggiano Cream Sauce

Use this superfast cream sauce with classic Potato Gnocchi or any of its variations: Carrot-Potato Gnocchi, Roasted Garlic-Potato Gnocchi or Rye-Potato Gnocchi.
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 recipe prepared gnocchi
- 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- In a large skillet, simmer the cream for 2 minutes. Add the gnocchi and Parmigiano-Reggiano and cook until the cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
