Many of the tapestries, antiques and African artworks at this restaurant, which is in a converted jewelry district warehouse, are for sale.

Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 3/4 ounce Dubonnet Rouge
  3. 3 drops of Angostura bitters
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  5. 3 ounces chilled Champagne

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Dubonnet, bitters and sugar and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and top with the Champagne.
